"Teddy Roosevelt's Nobel Peace Prize" Wilton NH - April 10, 2012

Charles Doleac, founder of the Portsmouth Peace Treaty Forum presents the NH Humanities Council-sponsored illustrated talk on the Treaty, NH citizen diplomacy and how local citizens helped President Theodore Roosevelt earn the Nobel Peace Prize for orchestrating the negotiations that ended "World War Zero" (the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-05).
