Charles Doleac, chairman of the Portsmouth Peace Treaty Forum presents his NH Humanities Council lecture on the Treaty and President Theodore Roosevelt, adding information about the role Secretary of State John Hay played in the years and months before his death in July 1905 -- just before the Russian and Japanese delegates arrived in Portsmouth, NH.
